NOTE: You need to have created an account prior to order. If you checked out as a guest, this option to initiate return may not be available from your account and you will need to contact site support.

1. Seller receives request from customer for refund

2. Seller will approve or disapprove. (MAGAZON allows sellers to set their own shipping policy, and refund policy. If you feel that fraud has occurred or that a seller has not honored their stated policies - please contact vendors@Shopmagazon.com)

3. If approve. Refund Request will then send to MAGAZON Admin

3. Admin will process checkout based on seller's decision
